The Liberation Learning Project is forming community-benefit (not for profit) leadership school cooperatives in communities throughout BC.

Each “school” offers workshops and other leadership development programs by and for child care workers.

The schools are all-volunteer grassroots organization, and each school is led by a leadership committee that makes decisions and sets budget priorities.

While the schools are all part of the Liberation Learning Project, each community will operate under its own leadership committee and is responsible for setting policies and using monies based on the needs of the local community. Funds remain within each community, unless voluntarily shared between local schools for special projects.
